How soon will my order be shipped?
We normally ship within two business days via the U.S. Postal Service. If you provided an email address during purchase, you'll receive notification by email when Screamin' Kids has shipped your order. You can also log into MyAccount to see the status of your order and when your order was shipped.
Is the Screamin' Kids shopping cart secure?
Yes, the page where you input your credit card number is secure. Our shopping cart walks you through a sequence of three pages, and switches to secure (encrypted) mode on the last page where you enter your credit card information. Your credit card information is not stored in MyAccount.
What is MyAccount?
MyAccount is an optional feature offered during the purchase process -- an online "account" where you can log in to see your order history, shipping status, links to downloadable items and other MyAccount features online. Your credit card information is not stored in MyAccount.
Can I change my information in MyAccount?
Absolutely. You can change your information at any time by logging in to MyAccount with the username and password you set up when establishing the account.
Where do I download the E-book?
The complete Screamin' Kids e-book is available with every order. If you've placed an order, your order confirmation email will contain a link to the e-book.
What program do I use to open the e-book?
Our e-book is in Adobe Acrobat format, and is printable. If it is not installed on your computer, just download the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader to your desktop, and double-click it to install it.
Can I share your e-book with my children, or with friends?
The Screamin' Kids Self-Protection E-book is intended for parents or guardians to share with their children and is at the heart of the Screamin' Kids campaign. The e-book is given as a bonus to customers who purchase the Screamin' Kids merchandise that is helping to fund our campaign. As well, 10% of our net profits from sales of merchandise in our online store goes to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or other suitable charity.
Since digital files are easily copied (example: emailing an e-book makes a copy of it), we ask this courtesy of customers: that you share it with your family, and refer others to our website to obtain their own copies of the e-book.
